At OverView, we go beyond number crunching to uncover savings opportunities. Most of our clients find that the savings we uncover for them more than covers their monthly subscription costs.

Every year, we'll conduct two reviews with you where we'll put on our business owner goggles and look at your books like they're our own. We'll offer input and insights on where you can save money and help you put together a list of questions to ask your CPA so you can reduce your tax bill next year.

Also included in your subscription are periodic expense by vendor summary reviews, where we search for cost-saving opportunities that other bookkeeping companies overlook. By learning what your books are really telling you, we can make them work for you. We start by asking the right questions: why are you paying so much for insurance? Why did your credit card processing fees go up? Why did a rate increase?
